We find these delicious cookies, not just for tea, coffee or in between but you can also really fast with a nice dessert. A few days ago I saw the word ginger snaps over in a twitter conversation, reason for me to make me want to get involved, and ask who the recipe for these squatters had on her blog. I love ginger snaps! And certainly with butter! Do not understand that there are still people who bake with margarine. Yesterday coincidentally had a high tea where gingersnaps were served.
