Alas How cool would get up on a Sunday and find a table of these (I'll settle for even half of them). Ah, Oli, has nothing to do with the topic, but I have a question and immediately thought of you, you know todo.Ahí goes the question: where is better to keep the cheese?. You see, I bought the other day one of San Mateo smoked, and put it in the fridge, but is getting better duro.Sería dry and put it in a cheese? Thanks, Oli, for all your advice and a big kiss. Montse: Since I dedicated an entry to the freezing http://entrebarrancos.blogspot.com.es/2011/05/congelacion-de-leche-y-derivados.html cheese at home, depending on the time of year, I keep in the fridge in summer and take it out for a while before dinner because cold loses its flavor. In winter, I leave it out in a cheese. I try to buy small pieces because although my husband is a big consumer, I have her intolerance (cheese hey, not my bearded) and for a single person, also harden me. If I ever give away any integer I do what I mentioned in the entry I left you the link, I divide it into portions of approximately 200 g, the packed and froze. Do not keep more than 3 months because they tend to crumble. If ever the fridge lobster buffet in orlando harden me step by TMX and I have grated cheese. That yes I freeze in portions and use it on pizzas and more. This retains only 3 months, but I find it a great way to not waste anything. Note Montse, what little I know is from my reading and trial and error is the best school. Bs continue with the outstanding meeting October lobster buffet in orlando 1, 2012, 20:16
