Place the olive oil, grated carrots and salt in a medium skillet. Sauté till carrots change their color. Then place them in a serving plate. Add the yogurt, garlic, dill and mayonnaise (optional) and then mix. You can serve Carrots with Yogurt with both meat and vegetable dishes. ENJOY
