Ingredients: - 4 medium bar zinc carrots, grated - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 cup yogurt - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise - Salt Directions: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add carrots. Cook covered on low heat, stirring occasionally. Once wilted, turn off the heat, set aside to cool. Meanwhile, add garlic and salt to yogurt in a deep dish. Add in carrots and mix well. You can garnish with dill or parsley. Serve cold.
