Herb goat cheese appetizer on a spoon | Kookgek Wilma
A few weeks ago I had two recipes drink / buffet snacks placed in a booklet of Xenos. Today an appetizer bite from another booklet Xenos: 40 recipes for appetizers. Herein are also very nice and tasty snacks that are not too complicated and often in advance ready.
Ingredients for 4 people:. 1 spring onion 1 bunch of fresh mixed herbs, such as parsley, coriander super seafood buffet and basil 50g fresh soft goat cheese 50g cream cheese 1 tbsp olive oil + a few drops of extra crushed chillies salt and pepper from the mill
Chop or cut the spring onions and fresh herbs finely. Mash the goat cheese and the cream cheese with the olive oil until smooth and stir in half the herbs. super seafood buffet Season with chilli, salt and pepper.
Spoon the cheese using a small ice-cream scoop or two teaspoons 4 balls and roll them in the remaining herbs. Place each ball on an appetizer spoon and garnish with a few drops of olive oil.
