Make your own Paleomüsli! It will be a big jar that lasts longer. You can eat it with lovely banana and avocado yogurt, have as a topping on your Paleogröt or just eat it as is with coconut milk!
These delicious Busenkla banana pancakes are quick to do. If you do not feel you want to do them in the morning, they go good to prepare and make the night before and then eat them cold. Omelette is something that one might think might be tedious to do in the morning but it goes surprisingly fast! What you choose to fill and flavor your omelette with only the imagination that can put a stop to. Fill it with mushrooms, bacon, parsley or why not some "leftovers"! Eat your omelet along with a lovely salad.
Smoothie Smoothie is so good and easy to do! You can mix down the bear you want and mix them together with coconut milk and you get a lovely start to the day! To mix with a little banana makes the smoothie gets a little creamier and more filling. Hello! I just started eating paleo (three weeks ago) and it feels wonderful! I am currently on maternity leave but in the fall I start work and will then have to eat my breakfast on the way to work after the kids are left in daycare. Hi Ceci Glad you started with Paleo and it feels good! Something that is very easy to get the "on the go" is drinkable options. Make smoothies and vitamin drinks! Recipes are in Paleoskafferiet. These can vary enormously aria breakfast buffet and you can find pretty quickly a base husband likes extra lot about! While "Coffee Drink" gives a lot of energy and is rellativt filling. The more I read the more I become convinced that our ancestors ate right and that our bodies are not preparing for today's modern cuisine. I will happily dive into with you and steal recipes. Hi Inger In Banana and avocado yogurt and in the Busenkla banana platelets so the track is the base, but in the example Paleogröten aria breakfast buffet so it is fine to just exclude the banana, tastes delicious anyway! So then you have 5 good and good breakfasts above to select from, then you can always make a good salad. Something we often do here during our roof for breakfast, leftovers from yesterday's dinner is also excellent for breakfast! Quick, easy and delicious! Hope this was helpful. Magnus & Jenny Delete
