The purpose of this blog is to show that it is possible to cook gluten-, sugar-and dairy-free food without a lot of unnecessary additives or make it too complicated. Since we have three small children, we usually have no ability to stand long in the kitchen. And the food has to fit kids and ideally be easy to chew. I'm olive verte a big fan of True Being. Great ingredients, preferably organic, are important to us. And we try to cook most fish, poultry and vegetarian, as we believe it is most useful for the body.
Risotto buffet is a classic olive verte here at home. I'll get a few different accessories, so get everyone mix their own risotto. If you want to mix. Someone would just eat rice and meat on the side. It is of course good too. Suggested accessories for the rice: fried shredded hamburger or fried minced fried onions fried cabbage fried shredded egg Fried mushrooms Fried fish Shrimp (check as they are MCS certified and buy unpeeled for the environment) Chickpea Yesterday residues shredded, such as chicken club became It is left as your imagination. We usually eat vegetables on the side, but of course you can also mix in raw or fried vegetables such as roasted carrots. And I'm not so careful to stick to a concept. Are there potatoes since yesterday, I fry it up with and set up. It always gets eaten up, it with. The goal is that all are satisfied, there will not be a full restaurant meal.

Asperger Mom I am a mother of three children: Son of "M" for 9 years and "little brother" olive verte for 6 years, both of which are Aspergian with ADHD and "little sister" 4.5 years who is "normal until further olive verte notice." Her husband thinks himself that he is Aspergian and I also believe that he has ADD. Self, I think I'm neurotypical (ie do not meet diagnostic criteria for NPF). I'm "just" olive verte a mom, trying to find the right strategies for our family. What is this, you may take with a grain of salt! It is my DESCRIPTION of how I'm doing - not hindsight on how to do! Think about themselves, how your child works before you test any of my tips on them. View my complete profile
