Yesterday we were at the Midsummer celebrations in Årsunda with great people! It was really nice and fancy! :) Each family should bring a dish to the buffet. I did carb pie with minced chicken, portabello, zuchinni and feta, mejerifri piyaz salatasi course. Even non-carb: are thought pie was very good! :) So I am very satisfied and would of course share with you the good recipe! :)
Here are recipes for Zuchinni, portabello and feta pie with minced chicken filling: You need: pastry: 75g fridge cold butter 1 egg 2 tablespoons cold water 1 cup almond flour 1 cup coconut flour 0.25 cup flax seeds 0.25 cup psyllium seeds 2 tablespoons Fiberhusk filling: 600-800 g chicken mince 3 rather large portabello half a zuchinni about 100 g feta cheese fresh herbs: thyme, chives, parsley and rosemary salt and pepper casserole: 4 tbsp mayonnaise 3 eggs Forest Blend, spice grinder from Santa Maria What to do: 1. Place all ingredients piyaz salatasi into the pie dough in coke machine / assistant and drive to smooth and lump-free paste. Grease a detachable form and press the dough into the mold. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Pre-bake the pie crust then at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Looks really yummy out! LCHFs pie crust're MUCH better than usual I think. The daughter confirmed in a few weeks has meant serving a little different pies. Will save this for the purpose I think .. have not actually tested piyaz salatasi the portabello mushroom over, now I have a great recipe! Have a lovely evening! Hug =) ReplyDelete
