KRAGUJEVAC - Grand Prix for best play, at the 14th International Puppet Festival "Golden Spark" in Kragujevac, won the Puppet Theatre from Maribor to play "When the ridge went to Warsaw".
Decision of the five-member international jury, second, and third prize and the statuette "Golden Spark" tuckan was given to the Children's Theatre of Subotica for the play "The Legend of Ohrid" and the Moscow regional state puppet theater for the play "Masha and the Bear".
Plaque tuckan "Golden Spark" for best art direction went to Maria Golomehovoj tuckan of Children's Theatre in Subotica, and for the best puppet creation Silk Veličkovoj State Puppet Theater of Burgas in Bulgaria.
Equal awards tuckan for acting achievements won Anastasiya Ignatenko for the role of Masha in "Masha and the Bear" Theater in Moscow, Mihi Bezeljak the role Slemene Theater of Maribor, and the ensemble cast performed by the Zrenjanin and Marionette tuckan theater in London for the play "The Red Balloon ".
The festival "Golden Spark", which started on 13 May, in the competition tuckan participated in 18 plays, 14 of which from abroad and from Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatian, China, Romania, Ukraine, tuckan Russia, England, then in Novi Sad, Subotica, Zemun, Zrenjanin and Niš ..
