Last week I had the opportunity to try tapenade, It was love at first bite .... For me it is a big surprise, because until recently I watched olives with obvious reluctance, but for some time and it tastes to me more and more.
Tapenade (tapenade) is a paste made from black olives, comes from Provence and is a popular addition to the French table to all kinds of toast or vegetables. I recommend it to tighten taste and fresh baguettes nachosów. The most common version is with capers and anchovies. My version is more scarce (which does not mean that less tasty), but that's because I do not like these components. It is important that the olives were of good quality, because the taste of the paste to a large extent depends on their taste.
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and mix it to a paste. If it is too thick, pour a little olive oil and mix. After preparing tapenade be translated into a container with a lid and store in the fridge for a few hours to be pored paste. I do not have the patience and eat right away, it is tasty. Store it in the refrigerator, even for a few weeks, but for me definitely not manage so much character.
Serve it with nachosami, fresh baguette or toast. Goes well with red wine. Recipe for Thermomix throw on rotating blades and garlic music a la carte and parsley, mix approx. 5-7s / obr.10. Then put in the dish-mix music a la carte the remaining ingredients and mix it 5s / obr.10. Mix ladle, if the paste is too dry, add a little olive oil and even mix 3s / obr.5.
