Lowering the amount of ingredients in half. a very easy soup to make, for those tiring days of week, and gets pretty hot as a very weak and bebvel hummus.
1 cup of chopped tomatoes 1 cup of chopped cucumber 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1/4 cup of olives, chopped 1/4 cup caroo fresh parsley Salt and pepper fashion kingdom's time to taste 3 cup of cooked chickpeas gro [* I used canned] 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon of cumin in p 1 small clove garlic 3 tablespoons tahini 1/2 cup of feta cheese
In a bowl mix the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, furrs fresh buffet olives, parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper. Reserve. In a blender place the gro peas, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, garlic, tahini and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gradually add enough ice water to get a very creamy liquid, but thick. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. furrs fresh buffet Pour into bowls and top with a mixture of chopped vegetables, furrs fresh buffet crumbled feta cheese, a pinch of cumin if you want and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve.
