Carnival is a time of madness, so crazy you have until the last day, eating food with something delicious and simple, and by the way, and healthy. Today I toss you an idea of the great and, as for me lately is standard, a quick snack, or with green olive tapenade. Traditional luxe catering with capers and anchovies, but I give up both of these ingredients and prepare their own very charakternÄ… vegan version. Delights and so much:-)
Tapenade is one of the best, most simple yet healthy snacks or tapas ever discovered. Although there is nonvegetarian version of this snack That calls for anchovies, I prepared vegan version without them. It's spicy, full of character and has the distinct taste and aroma olive and above of all it's delicious.
